Pursuant to FOIA, I request the following public records in an electronic format:
Documentation from the City of Evanston's agency bank account into which the donations to the MOU to demolish Harley Clarke were deposited. I am not requesting that the donors' names be associated with the amounts deposited.
However, this documentation must show the dates and amounts of deposits, in accordance with the language of the MOU which states “The donated funds will be deposited into a City of Evanston agency account within 60 days of the effective date of this Memorandum.”
I also request the dates and amounts deposited from any donors who are not listed on the city’s website.
