Dear FOI Officer,

 
I request all records sufficient to demonstrate:
 
1) The total number of cars registered in Evanston/paying wheel tax 2017 and 2019 
2) The address, or "100 block", and or Ward (which ever is maintained and eligible for release) associated with wheel tax payments in 2017 and 2019
3) The total number of street cleaning/snow removal tickets issued in 2017 and 2019 including the location of the ticket issuance.
4) The total number of cars deemed "boot eligible" in   2017 and 2019 including the address, or "100 block", and or Ward (which ever is maintained and eligible for release) associated with the violations.
