Request #19-1123
  Closed

My Freedom of Information Act request is for documentation of verbal testimony represented to the City Council on Monday, September 23, by Ericka Storlie in response to questions from Alderman Rainey.  The questions from Rainey were seeking assurance from Storlie that CYA members "are Evanston residents", "they are Evanston residents, right?".  Storlie's response was "Some are Evanston high school students", "that's my understanding"; respective to Rainey's questions.

The City Council went on to vote in favor of the CYA agreement based on Storlie's testimony.

Provide documentation available to Storlie before her testimony, that CYA members are largely Evanston Residents as testified by Storlie.

Provide documentation from CYA that their membership is mostly made up of Evanston residents.
