For the period of time 1/1/2016 through 11/25/2019, please provide the following information regarding the use of “isolated time outs” as defined by 23 Ill. Admin. Code Sec. 1.285 (ftp://www.ilga.gov/JCAR/AdminCode/023/023000010B02850R.html ) for each District 65 school. For each District 65 school (by name), please provide the following:
- Number of isolated time outs used in each of the following years: 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019;
- The total number of students subjected to the use of an isolated time out in each of the following years: 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019;
- The number of students, by race, subjected to the use of an isolated time out in each of the following years: 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019;
- The number of students, by sex, subjected to the use of an isolated time out in each of the following years: 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019;
- The number of students, by disability status (IEP or 504), subjected to the use of an isolated time out in each of the following years: 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019; and
- The number of students, by who qualifies for free lunch, subjected to the use of an isolated time out in each of the following years: 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019.
