Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, I am requesting all communications, memos, emails leading up to the attached Letter of Intent "agreement" with Northwestern University between the City of Evanston including (but not limited to) staff and City officials with the Parks, Recreation and Community Services of Evanston and the Evansotn Public Library, Mayor (former and current), City Manager and Friends of Robert Crown, Daniel Stein, Nim Chinneah, Alan Anderson, Peter Giangreco, Bill (William) Stafford.  Please send the first 50 pages and bill me $.15 for the next, in chronological order, 100 pages of communications as detailed in this FOIA request.

You can file a request for review of the redactions with the Public Access Counselor of the Illinois Attorney General either by mail at 500 South 2nd Street, Springfield, Illinois 62706, or telephone at (217) 558-0486. In addition, you have the right to seek judicial review of this denial.
