I would like to Foia the process by which the Central Street SSA’s were originated. Whose idea was it? Did merchants come to City or the other way around? How was Teska Associates selected? How much city staff time has been dedicated to it? Which Central Street Merchants were involved in the process? What their overall vote was whether to participate or not? What is the cost per commercial property annually? What are the safeguards in place to ensure the SSA will not ever include residential properties?  How will the advertising/marketing budget be spent? I would like the overall cost analysis.

And lastly, the downtown SSA was recently amended, enlarged maybe and changed to possibly include residential? Can I please get the specific changes to that SSA and the budget increase over time.
