RE: The City of Evanston Second Issuance of Series 2018A General Obligation and/or 501(c)(3) Bonds
Provide all financial documentation related to planning for the second issuance of Series 2018A GO
and/or 501(c)(3) Bond (sale) Issuance valued at approximately $20,000,000 scheduled to be issued (sold)
in 2019, as reported in Ordinance 71-O-18.
Provide the date when the bonds will be issued (sold) in 2019.
Include all correspondence and documentation exchanged between the City of Evanston and the Bond
(attorney) Counsel, and all correspondence and documentation exchanged between the City of Evanston
and the Financial Advisors.
Provide emails, internal city memorandums, and related correspondence between city officials and staff,
and with Chapman and Cutler (or the city's current bond counsel), and with PFM Financial Advisors (or
the city's current financial advisor), and other such entities.
