We released all of the requested documents, except personal information, such as home addresses, telephone numbers, personal e-mail addresses, driver's license numbers, social security numbers, and credit card numbers, were removed from the documents to protect the privacy or identity of another individual (5 ILCS 140/2(c-5) and 7(1)(b)).   Additionally, one draft document was withheld as a draft and attorney client privilege pursuant to 5 ILCS 140/7(1)(f) and 5 ILCS 140/7(1)(m).  This document has not been publicly cited and is prepared by the City's staff attorney's for the City Council to provide legal advice.  

You can file a request for review of the redactions with the Public Access Counselor of the Illinois Attorney General either by mail at 500 South 2nd Street, Springfield, Illinois 62706, or telephone at (217) 558-0486. In addition, you have the right to seek judicial review of this denial.
