 I request copies of all signed or adopted Letters of Intent or similar commitments (“Commitments”), whether conditional or not, entered into between Friends of the Robert Crown Center and its donors, which relate to naming rights, usage rights, vending rights, or any other commitments for or on behalf of the Robert Crown Center, between 2016 and 2019.  This request encompasses all such Commitments that have been signed or adopted by Friends of the Robert Crown Center and not yet approved by the City of Evanston Board of Aldermen.  This request does not include Commitments that already have been approved by the City of Evanston.
