Requesting all records related to all formal training programs underwent by each of the Board of Ethics members which included (1) instruction on the rules of procedure of the administrative hearings that they will or would conduct; (2) orientation to each subject area of the code violations that they will adjudicate; (3) observation of administrative hearings; and (4) participation in hypothetical cases, including ruling on evidence and issuing final orders. 

The above request includes but is not limited to all records for each member related to: (a) dates of the training; (b) dates, case file numbers and case captions of the administrative proceedings they observed as part of the training; (c) the rules of procedure in which the were instructed; (d) subject area of the code violations to which they were oriented; (e) hypothetical cases in which they participated; and (f) dates of successful completion.
